Assistant Coach — MS Boys Soccer
Assistant coach for the Middle School Boys Soccer team from August 2025, turning years on the high-school team into something younger players could use.
Starting August 18, 2025, I began assisting Mr. Cubitt and Mr. Gilliam with the team, demonstrating warm-ups, running passing drills, keeping time during practice, and helping the coaches through tryouts. Now that the roster is set, I am moving into team strategy and game preparation.
Practicing outside at 4 p.m. in the heat is not easy, but I enjoy working with younger players. Having spent years on the high-school team, I get to pass on not just skills but confidence and a better understanding of the game.
